She was scared of EVERYTHING- grass, wind, stairs, where the rug met the tile- EVERYTHING. And she bonded to me instantly. She was such a love, a snuggler. She was 5 when we rescued her and lived until 13 with very little health problems until she got bladder cancer. She had splayed toes, long nails, and bad knees. She never did stairs, and she was never housebroken. But I loved that dog with everything I had and she loved us. You could see the appreciation on her face.
